  • Take ownership of recruiting top talent for various non-tech roles across our teams in Lisbon
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, from finding the right channels to screening applications, conducting
  • Guide candidates through each step, building a strong rapport and acting as a trusted advisor for
  • Collaborate with external recruitment partners (if necessary) to create a strong talent pipeline
  • Track and use recruiting KPIs to continually refine and improve our hiring process

🎯 Requirements

  • Completed degree and proven experience in recruitment roles
  • Business understanding of various roles and specialized skills/expertise areas
  • Solid experience in stakeholder management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with high-volume and specialized roles
  • Team spirit: eager to develop, enjoy working with a collaborative team of recruiters and sourcers
  • Proactive and strong communicator, enjoys international environment, fluent in English
