🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field and/or equivalent
2-4 years of full-cycle, volume and niche recruiting experience, preferably with a startup.
Should be a south Indian, know 2 south Indian languages.
Proven expertise in proactive internet sourcing techniques.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing strategies.
Strong time-management and prioritization skills; volume hiring experience.
