• Manage full recruitment cycle for hourly Pharmacy roles
• Partner with hiring managers on goals and strategy

• Measure sourcing and hiring efficiency with metrics

• Be point of contact for passive, inbound and referred candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in high-volume healthcare or startup recruiting
• Proven track record in active and passive candidate sourcing
• Experience closing candidates and managing pipelines
• Resilient, adaptable to change
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong prioritization, organization, and candidate experience
