• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field/trades and mid-level ops.
• Independently manage a complex requisition load across roles.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive solutions.
• Advise hiring teams with market intel including compensation benchmarks.
• Act as a trusted advisor on intake, role scope, leveling, and process.
• Coach hiring managers on effective evaluation techniques.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across high-volume and mid-level searches.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of process and efficiency improvements.
• Strong consultative skills; advise managers and influence decisions.
• Autonomous work style with limited day-to-day direction.
• Proficiency with modern ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and recruiting metrics.
