📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across orgs with focus on operations
• Build top-of-funnel using outbound, talent intelligence, and Mercor’s product
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and decision hygiene
• Track and optimize funnel metrics (pass-through, time-in-stage, source yield)
• Drive SLAs for same-day debriefs and fast offers
• Represent Mercor and build brand to attract top candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting across IC and leadership roles
• Ability to build and scale hiring systems with data-driven decisions
• High motor, outcome-oriented in hypergrowth contexts
• Strong communication with GMs, Account Leads, and leadership
• Familiarity with GTM, Strategy, Operations roles; technicallayer familiarity with SWE/FDEs
• Familiarity with Ashby or ability to adopt new recruiting tools
