• 5+ years recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Proven proactive, creative sourcing to attract passive candidates.
• Partner with C-level leaders to drive strategic hiring in startups.
• Experience with Greenhouse is preferred.
• Deep understanding of enterprise tech talent landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
