• Own end-to-end recruiting process and candidate experience
• Active sourcing via networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed
• Develop long-term hiring strategies for multiple business units
• Data-driven approach to improve recruitment outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably sales
• Partner with hiring leaders to shape assessments
• Develop active sourcing across multiple channels
• Recruit for multiple departments and seniority levels
• Experience using ATS (Greenhouse) and BambooHR HRIS
• Based in Columbus, OH; hybrid commute to the Brewery District
