Recruiter/Senior Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract - Pipelining Only)

📋 Description

• Lead fulfillment of high-volume vacancies with direct sourcing.
• Partner with Talent Sourcing to build volume pipelines.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle to meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence and act as Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
• Forecast recruitment workload and monitor activity.
