📋 Description

• Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing and work proactively with the
• Understanding the contractual recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly
• Building strong and positive relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Gaining a sound understanding of the designated client business area, including structure nature of
• Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
• Identify and escalating risk and compliance queries.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate
• Prior experience conducting behavioural based interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high pressure environment
