📋 Description

• Manage open job requisitions, update SmartRecruiters, achieve recruiting metrics, and report key
• Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings
• Pre-screen candidates, manage projects, partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies
• Proactively identify, source, and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities
• Compile and communicate knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends, data, and analytics
• Prepare and approve offer packages, including equity and market competitiveness research

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment required (5+ years
• Must project a strong business presence and be able to instill confidence in clients and deliver
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required
• Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred
• Experience in managing requisitions within SmartRecruiters preferred
