• Contribute to full recruitment life-cycle for technical roles, partnering with stakeholders to hire
• Manage hiring manager relationships, define scope, advise on leveling, and drive decisions.
• Analyze recruiting and talent data to optimize search strategy and productivity.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide excellent candidate experience.
• Lead offer extends, negotiations, and close strategy with hiring managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting, including international experience.
• Familiarity with software engineering hiring profiles.
• Aptitude for technical terminology and concepts.
• Proven success closing candidates and working with senior engineering leadership.
• Experience owning and improving hiring processes; thriving in startup/fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills.

🎁 Benefits
