📋 Description

• Own end-to-end interview coordination across time zones.
• Act as day-of traffic control for onsite and virtual loops.
• Prepare and distribute interview materials and debrief logistics.
• Execute recruiting processes in Ashby and Workday with data accuracy.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready data in Ashby and Workday.
• Run recurring onboarding and hiring workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or similar talent ops.
• Experience with ATS (Ashby preferred) and HRIS (Workday).
• Strong organizational skills across multiple interview loops.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Comfort making decisions in ambiguity and driving improvements.
