Recruiting Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate the full interview process, including scheduling, candidate communication, interviewer
• Own the candidate experience from interview scheduling through pre-employment, ensuring timely
• Support onsite recruiting activities, candidate visits, interview-day logistics, and coordination
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, interview documentation, requisition data, candidate status
• Prepare and maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, trackers, and hiring-status updates for the
• Support immigration and work-authorization coordination for candidates and new hires in partnership

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR coordination
• Experience coordinating complex interview schedules across multiple interviewers, teams, and
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide a professional and
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruiting data and
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, trackers, and recruiting metrics.
