Recruiting Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end recruiting operations with efficient processes and candidate experience
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, candidates, recruiters, and panels
• Manage candidate communications with professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintain ATS records and reliable recruiting data
• Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting on pipeline and progress
• Assist with sourcing and outbound recruiting campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years in recruiting coordination or similar roles
• Experience in fast-growing companies or startups
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Experience coordinating complex interviews across stakeholders/time zones
• Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workable, or similar)
