🎯 Requirements

1–3+ years in recruiting coordination or related HR roles
Strong communication and organization skills
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Familiar with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
Ability to manage multiple calendars and deadlines
