• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring journey with professionalism and attention to
• Partner with recruiting teams and hiring managers to maintain an organized hiring process.
• Maintain ATS candidate records and reliable recruiting data.
• Track recruiting metrics and support reporting on pipeline activity and progress.
• Assist with candidate sourcing initiatives and outbound recruiting campaigns as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar roles.
• Experience in fast-growing companies or startup environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience coordinating complex interviews with multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
