• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline coordination and improve the candidate and hiring
• Generally support day-to-day recruiting operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, administrative
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Clear and friendly communication, both written and verbal
• A candidate-first mindset and genuine interest in creating a positive experience for everyone
• Experience using AI, an Applicant Tracking System (Ashby, Greenhouse, etc.), and standard web-based
