Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

📋 Description

• Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process with timely follow-ups.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate fit, licensing, availability, and interest.
• Prepare candidate summaries and share insights with the hiring team.
• Coordinate interviews, send confirmations, and maintain scheduling accuracy.
• Maintain ATS records and support process improvements with AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting healthcare providers (physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, etc.).
• Understanding of healthcare credentials and licensing requirements.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple candidates.
• Excellent communication with a warm, professional, candidate-focused approach.
• Experience with ATS like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, or similar.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve recruiting workflows and drafting communications.
