📋 Description

• Lead scalable recruiting coordination across multiple functions and pipelines.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to drive ops.
• Mentor coordinators and establish scalable best practices.
• Support interviewer enablement, training logistics, and load balancing.
• Use Ashby, Guide, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Slack, Navan, Reimbi, Notion to enable hiring.
• Coordinate onsite logistics, travel, and candidate communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting coordination or recruiting operations in fast-paced environments.
• 1.5+ years leading recruiting coordinators or contingent teams.
• Experience supporting multiple technical functions and varied stakeholders.
• Proven expertise managing high-volume and complex scheduling.
• Experience with interviewer load balancing or capacity planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
