📋 Description

  • Manage recruiting logistics by coordinating between recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and the
  • Partner with recruiters to align on the ideal candidate profile and help identify top talent
  • Process contractor conversions and support related hiring-process administration
  • Drive program management to measure and track hiring efficiency for the assigned scope or core area
  • Learn about our business to the extent that you can speak intelligently about our programs with
  • Assist the recruiting team with special projects and administrative tasks throughout the hiring

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or associate’s degree and 1+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources
  • Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales
