📋 Description

• Lead and coach a team of 5+ recruiters and coordinators.
• Design sourcing/hiring strategies for hardware roles.
• Partner with West Coast engineering leadership to forecast talent gaps.
• Collaborate with People Ops across Somerville and Weirton to align strategy.
• Set hiring plans and coach the team day-to-day.
• Build Form Energy's employer brand to attract top hardware talent.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership with 3+ years managing a recruiting team (5+ staff).
• Hardware recruiting in complex environments: batteries, mechanical, electrical.
• Startup agility with ability to navigate ambiguity and scale processes.
• Cross-functional, distributed collaboration with People Ops and HRBP teams.
• Location: able to work from or commute to Berkeley, CA.
