• Use AI-powered tools and analytics to improve sourcing, screening, engagement, and reporting.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and efficient workflows with a great candidate experience.
• Collaborate with operations to align priorities with workforce needs and address staffing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, incl. 2+ years leading teams.
• Experience building sourcing strategies and managing high-volume hiring.
• Hands-on with AI tools and recruitment analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Strong CRM, reporting, and pipeline management knowledge.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks and improving workflows.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
