• Deep Japan market knowledge; experience building engineering and enterprise sales.
• Strong people leadership; coaching recruiters.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers on growth strategy.
• Excellent judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving in fast-paced env.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Native Japanese with strong English; ability to influence across stakeholders.
