📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters across global operations functions, holding a high
• Personally lead end-to-end searches for senior and/or executive-level roles within Global
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior business leaders across Global Operations
• Own team-level goals, metrics, and reporting, proactively sharing data-driven insights with
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Finance, Employee Experience and
• Drive operational rigor across the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake, sourcing strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated track record in senior-level
• At least 2 years managing and developing a team of recruiters.
• Deep functional expertise in at least one Global Operations sub-function, ideally Customer Support
• Demonstrated success recruiting for global operations, business functions, or non-technical roles
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior business leaders and act as a strategic
• Experience conducting market research, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline-building for
