🎯 Requirements

10+ years full-cycle recruiting in fast-growth settings.
5+ years direct people management across multiple locations.
High-volume hourly and professional hiring experience (warehouse supervisors and managers).
Data-driven with ATS metrics to optimize funnels.
Strong communication; partner with onsite leadership and HR.
Occasional travel between NJ and LV facilities.
