• Hands-on HRIS/ATS integrations; API-driven automations
• People analytics with data visualization; basic SQL knowledge
• Executive presence; confident presenting to managers and leaders
• Global hiring experience with GDPR/EEO compliance (EMEA/APAC)
• 4+ years in senior recruiting operations or people ops
