📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and reimagine recruiting processes that balance business needs with operational
• Identify process improvements across recruiting and help build processes/procedures spanning
• Manage cross-functional projects from scoping through rollout, keeping timelines, stakeholders
• Collaborate on process documents; ensure enablement is accessible to global teams.
• Partner with Global Head of Rec Ops to translate strategy into executable plans.
• Bring practical eye for where AI and automation can eliminate manual/repetitive work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources
• 4+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations or equivalent, ideally including time as a
• Strong project management skills with track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Thrives in fast-paced environment with competing priorities; able to triage and set priorities.
• Demonstrated eye for practical AI/automation applications.
