Recruiting Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own admin, configuration, and optimization of the recruiting tech stack.
• Design and implement process improvements to reduce recruiter friction and scale hiring.
• Partner with Analytics to define reporting and translate insights into actions.
• Manage recruiting operations and coordination workflows (PID and requisitions).
• Identify and deploy AI-powered solutions across recruiting workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Finance, People, and IT.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting ops, HR tech, or business systems.
• Hands-on expertise with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) including configuration and workflows.
• Proven track record in automation and AI/ML tooling to improve operations.
• Strong analytical mindset; partner with Analytics on dashboards and reporting.
• Systems thinking; map dependencies across tools, teams, and processes.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Finance, Engineering, People, and IT.
