Recruiting Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own recruiting tools, workflows, and vendor relationships
• Manage a team of recruiting coordinators
• Partner with HR Technology to configure systems, manage integrations, and implement automations
• Map, document, and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes
• Ensure data integrity through audits, quality controls, and governance standards
• Deliver actionable insights to inform recruiting strategy and operational decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading or executing complex Recruiting Operations or Talent Operations
• Deep hands-on experience with recruiting/HRIS technologies (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Gem)
• Strong operational and strategic planning skills
• Ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear, prioritized execution plans
• Proven ability to analyze recruiting data, surface insights, and solve complex problems
• Track record of influencing cross-functional partners and stakeholders
