🎯 Requirements

4+ years in recruiting operations, people operations, or a similar operational role in a
A track record of taking messy, undefined processes and making them clear, repeatable, and reliable.
Hands-on automation experience, including AI or workflow tools, and the discipline to hand work off
Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets.
Strong cross-functional skills: you can partner with analytics and AI teams and explain trade-offs
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
