Recruiting Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operation of recruiting systems (Ashby) and scheduling tools (ModernLoop).
• Lead recruiting coordination team; manage scheduling, candidate comms, interview logistics.
• Build scalable operational strategies; translate strategy into documented, repeatable processes.
• Maintain data hygiene across recruiting systems; clean requisitions and pipeline records.
• Document processes with an eye toward SOX compliance for a public company.
• Partner with People Operations on offer letters and background checks; ensure smooth handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years recruiting ops experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling orgs with growing headcount.
• Proven ability to document repeatable processes and maintain data hygiene.
• Experience with recruiting programs.
• Experience partnering with People Operations on offer letters and background checks.
