Recruiting Operations Program Manager

📋 Description

• Break large, ambiguous problems into clear phases, owners, and deadlines, and drive them through to
• Lead large-scale recruiting programs end to end: secure leadership buy-in, manage timelines across
• Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load in Ashby, and turn
• Own data hygiene and job setup consistency across the pipeline so leadership can trust recruiting
• Support operational asks from recruiters and leadership, and turn repeated asks into self-serve
• Build, pilot, and iterate on Claude-powered tools and workflows that solve recurring pain points

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or a related operations role at a
• Track record of running cross-functional projects end to end, including getting buy-in from senior
• Comfort pulling, analyzing, and presenting data, and turning it into clear recommendations.
• Clear, concise writing, including for executive audiences.
• Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance long-running programs with day-to-day
