📋 Description

• Own interview scheduling and logistics across departments and time zones, including executive
• Manage the reference-check workflow, from collecting contact details and coordinating outreach
• Manage recruiting administration, including requisition setup, job postings, approval tracking
• Own day-to-day administration of Greenhouse ATS and support related recruiting tools, maintaining
• Keep recruiting data accurate and consistent through regular audits, clear standards, and timely
• Maintain recurring pipeline and CRM reports, surface bottlenecks and missing feedback, and turn

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination, with demonstrated ownership of
• Experience supporting multiple recruiters and managing complex interview schedules across teams and
• Strong hands-on ATS experience, including workflow configuration, data management, and reporting
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, with the ability to spot inconsistencies, identify
• A track record of improving processes, documenting workflows, and helping stakeholders adopt new
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the judgment to prioritize
