Recruiting Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own intake for requests and questions from recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers: sort
• Set up and update our ATS, including opening new jobs, building interview plans, and maintaining
• Manage system access, permissions, and tool licenses for recruiters, coordinators, interviewers
• Keep recruiting data clean and trustworthy by loading candidate information from spreadsheets
• Keep open roles in the ATS aligned with the company headcount plan, and flag mismatches.
• Pull data for recruiters and leadership, such as pass-through rates, interviewer load, and

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, ideally at a fast-growing company.
• Hands-on experience administering or configuring an applicant tracking system, not just using it
• Ability to turn a hiring need into a working ATS setup (job, stages, interview plan, forms) with
• Experience pulling and sharing recruiting data, such as building simple reports or keeping
• Experience building something with AI, like a prompt workflow, a custom GPT or Claude Project, or a
• Strong triage judgment: you can decide what's urgent, what can wait, and when to escalate.
