Recruiting Operations Specialist (Contract)

📋 Description

• Dedicate a large portion of your time to interview scheduling and coordination, managing calendars
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication, attention to detail
• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition lead, recruiters, and hiring managers to keep hiring
• Manage day-to-day operations in Greenhouse and Gem, maintaining consistent workflows and clean
• Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards, including recurring and ad hoc reporting on
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and workflows that strengthen

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or people operations
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A driven, proactive approach: you anticipate needs, take initiative, and follow through with
• Dependable execution and curiosity; you enjoy keeping daily recruiting activities running smoothly
• Experience delivering an exceptional candidate experience, with strong communication skills and
• Deep expertise in Greenhouse and Gem, including Gem Analytics, reporting, and data management.
