🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales, recruitment, CS, or PM in B2B SaaS/consulting.
• German native and fluent English.
• Resilient, driven, organized; able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Mastery of algorithmic matching and AI adoption.
• Strong multi-stakeholder orchestration across enterprise, freelancers, and internal teams.
