Recruiting Programs Lead

📋 Description

• Own and scale early career programs (university relations, internships) across locations.
• Manage the full early career recruiting lifecycle from campus partnerships to onboarding.
• Build and manage the contingent worker program end-to-end with vendor management.
• Bring knowledge of California contingent labor compliance and worker classifications.
• Manage contingent talent via VMS: requisitions, tracking, spend visibility.
• Work with other worker types and Employers of Record (EORs) beyond the U.S.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in recruiting ops or people programs with stakeholder management.
• Proven track record building and scaling early career programs (university relations, internships).
• Proven success building/managing contingent worker programs with vendor management and VMS use.
• Solid understanding of California contingent workforce employment law and compliance.
• Strong program management: design/optimize processes, collect feedback, communicate outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset using data to drive program improvements.
