Recruiting Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated technical advisor to Recruiting, expanding Claude in real hiring workflows.
• Lead with education: codify recruiter skills into reusable assets and run enablement.
• Hands-on with recruiters: prompts, agent workflows, and documentation of patterns.
• Develop fast prototypes and pilots for high-value workflows with a graduation path.
• Collaborate with AI governance and People Products to vet skills for production.
• Create technical content for recruiting audiences: docs, tutorials, samples.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or equivalent.
• Production experience building LLM-powered apps, prompts, context, and agent workflows.
• Strong programming skills (Python, TypeScript) and pragmatic internal tooling.
• Genuine enthusiasm for teaching audiences without engineering backgrounds.
• Judgment to know when enablement, support, or software is needed.
• Strong communication skills earning trust with recruiters and engineers.
