📋 Description

• Own outbound sourcing across our EMEA hiring priorities, with a focus on technical roles.
• Build deep talent maps across enterprise software, AI, developer tools, cloud, infrastructure and
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate on profiles early, then iterate quickly

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sourcing experience at high-growth technology companies, ideally with a focus on technical
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools or cloud
• Mastery of modern sourcing tools and techniques (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox), and the
• Confidence running first-call qualifying screens and pitching the opportunity to passive candidates.
• Creative instincts: you find candidates through communities, events, content, referrals and
