Recruiting Specialist (Contract)

📋 Description

• Manage interview schedules for candidates and hiring teams, utilizing an AI-assisted scheduling
• Communicate interview logistics and expectations to candidates and interviewers
• Build and maintain candidate portals with accurate and informative information
• Schedule key internal recruiting meetings, including intakes, kickoffs, and debriefs
• Keep candidates informed with regular updates and prompt answers to their questions
• Source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and AI-assisted tools such

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination and/or sourcing, ideally at a high-growth company
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms, with Greenhouse experience preferred
• Organizational skills to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and requests at once
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, and senior
• Comfort with data entry, reporting, and using spreadsheets to track and analyze information
