🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience making successful placements with Indian employers across IT, non-IT
• Experience as an independent recruiter, recruitment consultant, boutique agency, freelance talent
• Strong sourcing and screening skills, with the ability to identify qualified candidates quickly
• Active access to recruitment tools such as Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, Foundit
• Good understanding of CTC structures, notice periods, notice-period buyouts, salary negotiations
• A proven commitment to submitting relevant candidates, maintaining accurate candidate information
