📋 Description

• Lead proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring markets, new site launches, and ongoing
• Partner directly with Regional Managers and Site Leaders to align recruiting priorities with

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, with proven success in a fast-paced, high-volume
• Demonstrated experience mentoring, coordinating, or leading junior recruiters, offshore partners
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
• Comfortable using recruitment metrics and funnel data to solve capacity bottlenecks and tell
• Ability to thrive in a rapid-growth, dynamic environment, managing shifting priorities without
