Recruiting Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer and configure Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and adjacent recruiting tools, including job
• Manage user access, roles, and permission groups across the TA stack, ensuring the right people
• Build and maintain recruiting workflows and automations that reduce manual steps for recruiters and
• Own data hygiene in the ATS, including deduplication, field standardization, and routine audits to
• Support integrations between recruiting tools and downstream systems, and partner with the Systems
• Serve as tier-one support for recruiter and coordinator system questions, triaging issues and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering recruiting or HR systems, with hands-on Greenhouse or
• Strong working knowledge of interview scheduling tools such as ModernLoop and their configuration.
• Demonstrated experience managing user access, permissions, and workflow configuration in SaaS
• A track record of improving data hygiene and building reporting-ready processes.
• Experience supporting integrations between systems and coordinating with vendors on troubleshooting.
• An automation mindset and comfort using AI-enabled tools to streamline repetitive operational work.
