🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional talent sourcing experience; experience supporting global recruitment
• Strong sourcing expertise using advanced techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships and
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, particularly when communicating with passive and
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively with Talent Acquisition
• Excellent attention to detail and data management skills, with the ability to use metrics to inform
