📋 Description

• Partner with clients' HR groups and field teams
• Build a strong candidate pipeline with quality hires
• Reduce time-to-hire and improve recruitment techniques
• Monitor and manage candidate engagement
• Source top candidates via diverse channels
• Screen and vet for fit; manage full-cycle recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiter experience
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
• Experience hiring US candidates is a must
• Excellent English; strong organizational skills; graveyard shift
• Knowledge of Asana, Handshake, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Technical: USB headset, webcam, 1.8GHz CPU, 4GB RAM, 25 Mbps cable, 10 Mbps backup
