Recruitment Associate

📋 Description

• Conduct one-on-one interviews and screenings to assess fit.
• Build and maintain internal candidate pools across roles.
• Evaluate resumes, assessments, and work samples for criteria.
• Prepare candidates for endorsement by clarifying role responsibilities.
• Update ATS candidate records for accuracy across stages.
• Collaborate with Sourcing/TA to maintain pipeline inflow.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience interviewing, screening, and assessments (required)
• VA recruitment or VA staffing experience preferred
• Excellent English communication, detail-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Org Development or related field
• Experience with at least one ATS (required)
• Proficiency with Google Meet/Zoom/Skype
