📋 Description

• Support resourcing strategies; mainly external recruitment.
• Manage 20–40 vacancies; end-to-end process.
• Post vacancies to careers pages, intranet, internet and 3rd party boards.
• Conduct screening calls; assess right to work, salary and technical fit.
• Develop direct sourcing; use LinkedIn and other social media.
• Travel to NEC UK sites for meetings/interviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant recruitment background; agency and in-house.
• Experience hiring Architects, DBAs and Developers in Technical IT.
• Proficient web searching; Boolean searching.
• Experience screening calls; assess fit and sell the business.
• Stakeholder management via phone, email, Teams, in person.
• Full lifecycle recruitment; UK law; strong candidate experience; SmartRecruiters.
