• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.

• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates; assess fit.
• Maintain regular candidate communication; provide updates.

• Act as primary contact for career clients; guide job search roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition professional.
• Experience in career coaching is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work with both candidates and clients in a consultative manner.
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
