📋 Description

• Lead a 2-3 person Recruitment Partners team.
• Recruit for the Polish market for a Silicon Valley scale-up (PL/US).
• Own end-to-end recruitment with Hiring Managers; provide feedback.
• Remote work or Warsaw office; flexible schedule.
• Data-driven approach; track metrics; drive automation.
• Hands-on recruitment during busy periods.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading a recruitment team.
• 6+ years IT recruitment; 2+ years leading others; startup vibe.
• Hands-on headhunting for senior roles; engage passive candidates.
• Comfort with ATS/HRIS (Lever, Personio, or similar).
• Polish (C2) and English (B2/C1) fluency.
• Full-time; occasional Warsaw office presence; evenings ~2x/week.
