Recruitment Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop internal recruiting team while managing external recruiting resources
• Set priorities, allocate work, and ensure right capacity and results across recruiting
• Manage a portfolio of searches and step into high-priority or difficult searches as needed
• Lead recruiting systems expertise: own the ATS and related technology, manage transitions
• Drive recruiting intelligence: share market insights, progress, and risks with Field HR; use data
• Strengthen assessment practices: implement structured interviews and Predictive Index (PI) tools

🎯 Requirements

• Seven years of progressive recruiting experience including leadership and operations
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families and organizational levels, ideally in
• Experience managing internal and external recruiting capacity and holding partners accountable
• Collaborative and transparent working style with HR partners and senior leaders
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with difficult-to-fill positions
• Experience developing structured selection practices (interview plans, scorecards, assessment tools)
